Poorly camouflaged among the wildflowers and trees of Chadwick Arboretum’s Phenology Garden, Annabelle was designed by two nearby artists — Pat Belisle of Plain City and Chris Saylor of Marysville. Located on West Campus, the lush, green Phenology Garden is a study of “recurring biological phenomena and their relationship to the weather.”
